Unity LevelPlay | Ad Quality Notifications page redesign

The Ad Quality Notifications page is an automated tool designed to help publishers quickly identify and address issues in their app without having to search for them manually.

The problem

The merger of IronSource and Unity calls for a unified interface language and an upgraded technological infrastructure across existing pages. The outdated code inhibits issue tracking and limits the development of new features that users request and identify as pain points in their workflow.

User interviews to identify pain point and future feature requests.
Used journey mapping to understand the customer experience and identify improvement opportunities.

Redesign and rebuild of the page, including infrastructure. 
Optimize automation capabilities to provide users with maximum value, and improve the UX by making it clearer and more user-friendly.

  • Country filter on the notification

  • Multi-select notifications - mark as read/unread

  • Mark ads as reported/blocked

Notification overview page features

  • Country breakdowns on the notification

  • Add triggered by - to the notification

  • Don’t present creatives that can’t be previewed

  • add more information from the creative overview (kpi's)
